Men just urinate on the street, right in the center of the city on the main streets.
The trees have a coat of smelly urine at their base.
The sidewalk stinks.

 How to address this issue?
The idea the students came up with was to make men too embarassed to urinate.
What if the trees were staring at men while they urinated?
Would it at least make people think about what they were doing?

This project worked quite well, provoking laughs from the many people passing by.
