Protecting people from electric wires

One of the concerns of this workshop was to create a cheap solution to protect people from the electric wires
hanging out of most electric poles in Maputo.
The first idea was to use car tires and build a solid ring around the poles that could be used with other purposes.
But car tires were too hard to cut and transform without proper tools, so students decided to work with
the rubber from the inside of car tires.
They created rubber patches and used wire to hold them to the poles.
